2nd shift Maintenance Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for anodizing line prep, operation and working safely with and around chemicals in a clean and modern environment.  Utilize mechanical, plumbing, and electrical skills to maintain general maintenance of facilitative, production and anodizing equipment.  Monitor, log and participate in facility environmental and safety programs as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: 

• Anodizing line maintenance, prep, setup, operation, process quality control and raw material monitoring. 
• Prepare chemical tank solutions according to formulas, diluting chemicals with water to obtain solutions of specified concentration.
• Facility and production equipment preventative maintenance program management.
• Facility and production equipment repair and monitoring.  Spare part management.
